Non-Contact Tool Calibration
DYSS machines feature a non-contact tool calibration system that ensures the cutting tool is always set to the correct height offset. This prevents damage to the machine bed and guarantees consistent cutting depth between jobs.
Multi-Zone Vacuum System
The cutting area has many small holes that create suction to hold materials firmly in place. On larger machines, several vacuum zones are available. You can turn off any unused zones to save energy and improve efficiency.
Safety Light Curtain
Every DYSS machine includes a built-in safety light curtain to help protect operators. If the beam is broken, the machine stops straight away. This adds an extra layer of safety while allowing the cutting process to run smoothly and efficiently.
