Additionally, we have a telephone DYSS support line (01606 863344) there to help you with daily operational queries and advice on your KASEMAKE software and your digital cutter. With machines potentially running 24/7 we understand that reliability and performance are key to our customers.
There’s no automated phone queuing or ticketing system, when you call us you’ll get straight through to a human being, and if all our support staff our currently helping other customers, they will call you back as soon as they are free.
