KM Series 5 machines can be supplied with optional automated options. Essential for die-less finishing.
    Automated Options

  • Conveyorised Bed - Allows sheet or roll material to be moved off the machine after cutting. The cut material can simply be dropped into a bin/tray or moved onto the optional Take Off Zone. Combined with a suitable Feed System the conveyor bed can also load material into the cutting position to automate production.
  • Take-Off Zone (requires Conveyorised Bed) - This is an area at the front of the machine equivalent to the size of the cutting area. When the job has been cut, the conveyorised bed moves the material into this area allowing an operator to separate the cut pieces (often known as weeding or stripping) while the machine cuts the next job.
  • Single Sheet Feed System (requires Conveyorised Bed) - For semi-automated, hand-fed production. Allows an operator to preload single sheets of material against stops at the rear of the machine for the conveyorised bed to bring it to the cutting position.
  • Automatic Stacker Sheet Feed System (requires Conveyorised Bed) - For automated production. A pallet of sheet material can be loaded at the rear of the machine and the top sheet is automatically raised to the correct height and fed onto the conveyorised bed to bring it to the cutting position
  • Standard Roll Feed System (requires Conveyorised Bed) - For automated production. Allows lightweight roll material to be mounted at the rear of the machine and fed onto the conveyorised bed to bring it to the cutting position.
  • Heavy Duty Roll Feed System (requires Conveyorised Bed) - For automated production. Allows heavyweight roll material to be mounted at the rear of the machine and fed onto the conveyorised bed to bring it to the cutting position.
